1. Definitions

• “Products”: food items, spices, rice and any goods offered for sale on the Website

These Terms and Conditions govern:

• Use of the Website (browsing, account creation, placing orders)
• Sale and purchase of Products via the Website
• Rights and obligations of you (the Customer) and us (the Seller)

3. Price, payment and order process

• Product prices displayed on the Website are in RON, include VAT (if required), but exclude shipping costs which will be added as per shipping options.
• We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery, other – specify what you support).
• Placing an Order requires you to provide accurate contact, billing and shipping data. You must check the data before confirming the order to avoid errors.
• Payment (or payment authorization) represents your acceptance of the Order. We will send you an Order confirmation by email. The sales contract is concluded when we send this confirmation.
• If payment fails or we cannot fulfill the order (e.g. product out of stock), we reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund any amount paid.

4. Delivery, shipping and risk transfer

• We deliver Products to the address you provided, via our selected courier/ delivery partners.
• Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the carrier delivers the package to the shipping address, or when you sign for receipt.
• You must inspect the package at delivery. If you observe visible damage, you must note it upon receipt and notify us immediately at info@asiaspicerice.ro.

5. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

• If you are a consumer (not acting for professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, return Products and request a refund under the rules set by consumer-protection law (e.g. refund within 14 days after receipt, if Products are in original condition and packaging — adjust to your internal policy).
• To exercise this right, contact us at info@asiaspicerice.ro, specifying your order number and intention to return.
• Return shipping costs are handled according to your chosen return policy (you may cover them or we may pre-pay, specify which).
• Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect returned Products.

6. Consumer rights, product conformity and guarantees

• Products offered on this Website are consumer goods. Under applicable law, you benefit from legal guarantee of conformity (e.g. 2 years from delivery, when relevant).
• If a defect appears within the warranty period and you notify us in time, we will replace or refund the product as required by law.
