How to buy

Welcome to asiaspicerice.ro. Follow these steps to place your order and receive your purchase.

1. Browse products

• Explore our Shop or Categories (spices, rice, food items).
• Use search or filters to find products you want.
• Click a product to view its details: description, price, weight, packaging, etc.

2. Add products to cart

• On the product page, select quantity (and any options if available).
• Click “Add to Cart” to add the product.
• You can keep shopping or view the cart to check items, quantity, and total price.

3. Review cart and proceed to checkout

• Open your cart. Check selected products, quantities, and price.
• If you have a discount code, enter it (if your store supports it).
• Click “Checkout” to start the order process.

4. Provide shipping / pickup and billing details

• Enter shipping address (for delivery) or choose “Local Pickup in Bucharest (store address)” if you prefer to pick up in person.
• Provide billing address (if different), phone number, email — we use these for order confirmation and contact.

5. Choose payment method

You have two payment options:

• Online payment by card at checkout (credit/debit card)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive your order (at delivery or at pickup)

6. Confirm and place the order

• Review everything: products, pickup/delivery method, payment method, contact details.
• Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Click “Place Order / Confirm Order”. You will get an order confirmation email with summary and next steps.

7. Order processing and fulfillment

• If you selected Local Pickup: we prepare your order; you come to our store address to collect.
• If you selected delivery: we dispatch via Cargus courier to your address anywhere in Romania. Cargus supports card payment on delivery and cash on delivery.
• You’ll receive tracking or delivery confirmation (depending on your choice) once the package is sent.

8. At delivery / pickup

• If you pay by card at delivery, you can use card terminal (as required by law for retailers since 2024).
• For COD: have cash ready.
• For pickup: present order confirmation (email) and valid ID if required.

9. Support, returns, other requests
