3. Do you deliver across Romania?
Yes. We deliver nationwide through courier partners.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive in 1–3 working days depending on your location.
5. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is shown at checkout and depends on courier and order weight.
6. Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery is available when your order reaches the minimum amount specified at checkout.
7. Can I place a bulk order?
Yes. You can order larger quantities for restaurants, shops or events. Contact us for price quotes and stock availability.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments and payment on delivery.

Contact us immediately with a photo. We replace the product or offer a refund.

Due to the nature of the products we can not accept returns, but you can contact us and we will see what can be done.
